Responsibilities
Coach a global team of EHS Assurance Program Managers, fostering a high-performance culture through active mentorship, targeted career development, and rigorous performance management
Architect and drive unified global goals for the EHS assurance program, ensuring absolute consistency in standards, execution, and regional alignment across all business units
Design frameworks and metrics to quantify business value, demonstrating how the assurance program effectively mitigates critical risks and supports organizational resilience
Oversee the end-to-end Global EHS Assurance Program, including the deployment and governance of the third-party vendor-executed assessment model and senior leadership alignment
Analyze global audit intelligence to identify systemic trends and deficiencies, spearheading program enhancements that reduce risk exposure and maintain safety systems
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a technical or management field
5 years of experience leading global, cross-functional teams in EHS audit or quality assurance
Preferred
Certification in a relevant professional field, such as CSP, CISA, or PMP
Knowledge of international EHS regulatory standards and audit methodologies (e.g., ISO 45001 or 14001)
Ability to present risk data to C-suite executives and translate safety metrics into business value
Demonstrated track record of designing and implementing vendor-led assessment models at a global scale
