Coordinate employee gifting programs including onboarding, milestones, and recognition initiatives
Manage vendors, orders, shipping logistics, and delivery timelines across regions
Track inventories, budgets, and fulfillment status with high accuracy
Support defined people experience initiatives and operational tasks as needed
Maintain clear documentation and records for all people-related activities
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors
Identify and flag operational issues early to keep workflows clean and predictable
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
Comfort handling logistics, repetitive processes, and follow-through tasks
Clear and professional written communication skills
Ability to operate across time zones and manage international logistics
Reliable, structured, and execution-focused working style
