Regional Volleyball Director
Challenger Teamwear is a leading U.S. provider specializing in custom team uniforms and apparel. They are seeking a high-energy, relationship-driven Regional Volleyball Director to grow their footprint in the volleyball community through new business development and account growth.

Responsibilities
Identify, pursue, and secure new volleyball club and school partnerships within your region
Use phone, email, and direct outreach to consistently build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
Present Challenger’s offering of custom sublimation, in-house brands, and national brands as a competitive alternative in the market
Manage prospects, communications, and pipeline activity using HubSpot CRM and Google Workspace
Attend tournaments, showcases, and events to build Challenger’s presence in the volleyball community
Work closely with internal design, production, marketing, and account management teams to ensure a seamless client experience
Provide feedback from the field to help improve products, service, and market positioning
Maintain strong follow-up habits and relationship development with both prospects and current partners
Qualification
Required
Background in sales, business development, or account growth
Comfortable with consistent outbound outreach and relationship building
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficient with Google Workspace and CRM systems, preferably HubSpot
Self-motivated, competitive, and resilient
Willingness to travel periodically for events and client meetings
Preferred
Interest in or connection to the volleyball community
