Solvra Insurance is seeking a licensed Final Expense Insurance Agent to join their growing team. This role focuses on providing personalized consultations to clients regarding final expense and life insurance policies, while managing the full sales process and building strong client relationships.

Provide personalized consultation to clients regarding final expense and life insurance policies
Develop strong relationships with clients through trust, empathy, and transparency
Educate clients on available insurance products and assist them in selecting the right coverage
Manage the full sales process, from prospecting to closing and policy issuance
Stay up to date with insurance regulations, compliance requirements, and product updates
Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and support agency growth
Utilize digital tools and CRM systems to track leads, appointments, and client communications
Communicate effectively with clients in both Spanish and English
Qualification
Required
Active Life Insurance License in California (required)
Minimum of 1 year of experience in insurance sales, preferably in final expense or life insurance
Bilingual: Fluent in Spanish and English
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Proactive and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Comfort with technology, CRM systems, and digital communication tools
Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth
Preferred
Candidates located in California are preferred
Bilingual candidates fluent in both Spanish and English are strongly preferred
