Returning phone calls to Spanish speaking clients
Collaborating with the team to manage client accounts effectively
Qualification
Required
Expertise in Tax Preparation, Tax, and Tax Law
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines
Ability to work without direct supervision
Fluent in Spanish & English
Preferred
Experience with accounting software and cloud-based systems is preferred
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is highly valued
