Responsibilities

Deploy AI/ML models and develop AI/ML applications that optimize developer productivity, streamline development workflows, and automate repetitive tasks. This may include test code generation, debugging assistance, and other productivity-enhancing tools

Prepare technical documentation, including model architectures, algorithms, and implementation details. Present findings, results, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner

Collect and pre-process data, build and train AI/ML models using various algorithms and techniques, and evaluate their performance

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including software developers, data scientists, product managers, and User Experience (UX) designers, to understand their needs and pain points

Collaborate effectively to define and implement Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML) solutions that address these tests and improve overall developer productivity

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

2 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages, or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree

1 year of experience with one or more of the following: Generative AI, Generative AI Agents, Large Language Models (LLMs), or another ML field

Preferred

Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical fields

2 years of experience with data structures and algorithms in academic or industry setting

Experience in developing and deploying AI/ML models and algorithms

Experience with C++ and SQL

Passion for Machine Learning, data analysis and developer tools
