Responsibilities

Define the data structure, framework, design, and evaluation metrics for research solution development and implementation under limited guidance, identify timelines and obtain resources needed
Contribute to conducting experiments based on the research question while developing research prototypes or conduct simulations to further evaluate the impact of research, finalize hypotheses, and refine the research methodology under guidance
Design superconducting circuits incorporating transmon qubits, tunable couplers, and parametric elements
Serve as the technical bridge between the Inter-chip Module team (focusing on inter-chip links) and the Multiplexing team (focusing on control-line efficiency)
Provide design support for devices across the pathfinding life-cycle, from initial simulation to device tape-out
