Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day HVAC system maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair tasks for various commercial and industrial systems, including chillers, control panels, cooling towers, and air side equipment
Ensuring timely completion of preventive maintenance
Implementing system upgrades
Collaborating with team members to deliver high-quality service aligned with the company's commitment to excellence and integrity
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in servicing and maintaining centrifugal systems, absorption systems, screw chillers, chilled water systems, and mechanical equipment installations
Experience in troubleshooting and upgrading control panels, performing chiller retrofits or re-tubing, and maintaining cooling towers, pumps, and other air side equipment
Knowledge in building automation systems and HVAC system optimization techniques
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to diagnose and resolve mechanical issues effectively
Flexibility to work on-site in the New York City Metropolitan Area and travel to client locations as required
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Previous experience in the commercial or industrial HVAC industry is highly desirable
Preferred
Relevant certifications in HVAC, refrigeration, or mechanical systems
