This role involves working with warm leads and existing customers to help homeowners maintain their lawns through Lawn Doctor’s trusted services.

Responsibilities
Convert new inbound and outbound leads into Lawn Doctor customers
Upsell additional services to existing customers to enhance their lawn care programs
Build trust with customers through clear communication and solution-based selling
Follow up post-sale to ensure satisfaction and support long-term customer retention
Develop strong knowledge of Lawn Doctor services to confidently answer questions and recommend solutions
Maintain a consistent focus on quality service and customer experience
Qualification
Required
Strong work ethic and self-motivation
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Comfortable making calls and closing sales
Dependable attendance and follow-through
Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation
Preferred
Lawn care knowledge is a plus—but not required. We're happy to train the right person
