Respond to customer inquiries through live online chat in a timely and professional manner
Provide clear information about Southland Organics’ products and services
Assist with general questions, order-related inquiries, and service details
Document customer interactions accurately and escalate issues when needed
Maintain a friendly, helpful tone that reflects our company values
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework is a plus)
Strong written communication skills with attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work independently in a remote environment
Comfort using chat platforms, basic CRM tools, and standard computer applications
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
Preferred
Previous experience in customer service, chat support, or a related role preferred
