Executive Assistant
IN24-0175 is seeking a full-time Executive Assistant for a hybrid role in the San Francisco Bay Area. The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to executives, manage expense reports, coordinate schedules and meetings, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance to support leadership and organizational needs
Experience managing and processing Expense Reports accurately and efficiently
Strong skills in Executive Support, including calendar management and meeting preparation
Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Strong proficiency in relevant office software tools, including word processing, spreadsheets, and scheduling software
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
Preferred
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred but not mandatory
