Responsibilities
Generate and close new business for residential property management services
Prospect and engage:
Single-family rental owners
Small portfolio investors
Multifamily property owners
Real estate agents, brokers, and referral partners
Conduct owner consultations and property management presentations
Present pricing, negotiate terms, and close management agreements
Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking in the CRM
Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth onboarding and strong retention
Build long-term referral relationships throughout the Atlanta market
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in sales or business development (real estate, property management, SaaS, or professional services preferred)
Comfortable prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and closing
Results-driven and highly self-motivated
Organized, disciplined, and comfortable using a CRM
Confident discussing pricing, strategy, and value with property owners
Thrives in a performance-based environment
Preferred
Experience in residential property management or real estate investing
Existing Atlanta-area real estate network
Multifamily or portfolio sales experience
