Fractional Head of Growth (Narrative-Led, Subscription Business)
Mindset2Excel is a clarity-driven coaching platform for senior professionals navigating career and leadership transitions. They are seeking a fractional Head of Growth to own and execute the end-to-end growth strategy, focusing on narrative, content, and digital distribution. The role requires a strong fit for someone experienced in growth for subscription or expertise-led businesses, emphasizing organic content and strategic partnerships.
Responsibilities
Translate real client language and patterns into a clear narrative spine
Own LinkedIn-led content and organic distribution as the primary channel
Establish a consistent content + engagement cadence
Identify what resonates — and just as importantly, what doesn’t
Digital and paid amplification (as signal grows)
Outbound and DM-led motions that feel natural, not salesy
Podcast strategy (guesting, pitching, or hosting)
Partnerships or secondary channels where there is clear alignment
Decide what •not• to do yet
Set up lightweight measurement focused on signal quality
Manage freelancers or agencies if and when needed
Qualification
Required
Experience owning growth for a subscription, advisory, or expertise-led business
Strong narrative and content instincts (you can write or heavily shape messaging)
Experience with digital marketing and paid amplification
Comfort operating independently and making judgment calls
Ability to work closely with a founder and shape early systems
Preferred
Experience with podcasts or partnerships is a strong plus
