Responsibilities
Learns core computer science concepts
Gains hands-on project experience under the guidance of Microsoft employees
Develops an understanding of Microsoft’s history, culture, and technologies
Practices career readiness skills
Receives mentorship from Microsoft employees
Qualification
Required
At least 16 years old at time of internship
Available to work full-time onsite for four consecutive weeks (July 13-August 7, 2026)
High school senior graduating from high school prior to program start date and enrolling in a bachelor's degree program in fall 2026
Live and/or attend high school within 50 miles of Redmond, Washington
Completed pre-calculus, an equivalent, or 3 consecutive years of math by the start of the program
Member of or participant in one of the following Microsoft-sponsored organizations: College Success Foundation, Computing for All, Rainier Scholars, Technology Access Foundation, UW Math Science Upward Bound (UW STEMsub), Washington MESA
