Help clients determine if franchising is right, when it’s right, and which opportunity fits their life, goals, and values
Support clients throughout their entire franchise journey using a methodical exploration process and industry best practices
Network with individuals in career transition or those considering business ownership
Qualification
Required
Strong interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills
Proficiency in providing guidance and actionable insights tailored to client needs
Ability to effectively present information and facilitate individual discussions
Organizational and time-management skills to balance client needs
Proactive positive attitude with the ability to have open and honest conversations with empathy
Previous experience in franchise consulting, career coaching, business coaching, or a related field is welcomed
