Responsibilities
Contact new and existing leads by phone, text, and message
Schedule membership consultations for the Sales Manager
Schedule success sessions for the Fitness Director to deliver training and program upgrades
Confirm all appointments to maximize show rate
Follow up with no-shows and rebook them promptly
Maintain accurate records of leads, bookings, and results in the CRM
Participate in weekly performance and coaching meetings
