Chief Human Resources Officer
Futurist is a global leader in the healthcare space seeking a Chief Human Resources Officer to support the CEO and leadership team in maturing their People operations and building infrastructure for aggressive scaling. The role involves leading the global People agenda, creating strategies aligned with business growth, and enhancing People Operations for sustainability.
Responsibilities
Partner with the CEO and leadership team as a trusted advisor on all people and organisational matters
Create and deliver a global People strategy aligned to ambitious business growth plans
Strengthen People Operations infrastructure, ensuring scalable processes and governance
Build a high-performing People team with the capability and structure required for scale
Lead organisational design and workforce planning across the US and EMEA footprint
Professionalise performance management, leadership development and succession planning
Oversee compensation, benefits and reward frameworks to ensure competitiveness and fairness
Support integration planning and execution for M&A activity (culture, org structure, talent retention, change)
Ensure robust compliance, risk management and HR policy frameworks across regions
Qualification
Required
Experience as a Chief Human Resources Officer or Chief People Officer
Experience leading through scale in high-growth environments
Experience with multi-state US operations and international expansion across EMEA
Experience building modern HR infrastructure from a position of 'good, but not yet scalable'
Experience with M&A integration and/or transformation programmes
Ability to partner with the CEO and leadership team as a trusted advisor on all people and organisational matters
Ability to create and deliver a global People strategy aligned to ambitious business growth plans
Ability to strengthen People Operations infrastructure, ensuring scalable processes and governance
Ability to build a high-performing People team with the capability and structure required for scale
