Responsibilities
Own and administer restaurant POS systems
Build, lock, and maintain menus, pricing, modifiers, and SKUs
Support POS deployments for new store openings
Coordinate POS hardware setup and vendor troubleshooting
Prevent unauthorized system or menu changes
Manage all restaurant and corporate systems, including:
POS
Online ordering & delivery integrations
Scheduling & labor tools
Inventory & reporting platforms
Standardize systems across all locations
Ensure systems are stable, secure, and scalable
Handle onboarding and offboarding for:
Corporate staff
Store managers
Franchise operators (limited access)
Manage email, system access, and permissions
Enforce password policies, MFA, and basic cybersecurity standards
Lead all technology setup for new locations:
POS configuration
Internet/network coordination
Device setup
Create repeatable SOPs for tech launches
Be on-site during openings as needed
Own relationships with technology vendors
Manage licenses, renewals, and contracts
Evaluate new tools and recommend improvements
Reduce tool sprawl and unnecessary software spend
Build and maintain system documentation and SOPs
Support leadership with system-level reporting
Implement basic automations to improve operational efficiency
Ensure clean data flow between systems
Qualification
Required
3–6 years in IT Systems Administration or Restaurant Systems
Experience supporting multi-location restaurant operations
Hands-on experience with POS systems (Square, Toast, etc.)
Strong understanding of SaaS tools and user management
Comfortable supporting both operators and executives
Preferred
Franchise or multi-unit brand experience
Experience supporting new restaurant openings
Automation or integrations experience
Highly organized, process-driven background
