Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI solutions using LLMs
Work with models such as GPT, LLaMA, Claude, or similar
Develop and optimize prompts for accuracy, relevance, and performance
Build AI-powered applications such as chatbots, copilots, and knowledge assistants
Fine-tune models using supervised and reinforcement learning techniques
Integrate GenAI solutions with enterprise systems via APIs
Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines using vector databases
Ensure data privacy, security, and responsible AI practices
Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to translate requirements into AI solutions
Monitor model performance and continuously improve outputs
Document architectures, workflows, and best practices
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in AI/ML or software engineering
Strong hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLMs
Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
Experience with prompt engineering and model evaluation
Knowledge of NLP concepts and transformer architectures
Experience with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, etc.)
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Strong understanding of REST APIs and microservices
Good problem-solving and communication skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or equivalent experience
Preferred
Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks
Exposure to MLOps, CI/CD, and model deployment pipelines
Knowledge of Azure OpenAI or AWS Bedrock
Experience working with enterprise-scale AI applications
Understanding of AI ethics and governance
