ASIC RTL Design Engineer, ML Accelerators, University Graduate
Google is seeking an ASIC RTL Design Engineer to shape the future of AI/ML hardware acceleration. In this role, you will develop custom silicon solutions and work on the design and verification of complex digital designs, specifically focusing on TPU architecture within AI/ML-driven systems.

Responsibilities
Develop SystemVerilog RTL to implement logic for ASIC products
Create and review design microarchitecture specifications
Work with Design Validation (DV) teams to create test plans to verify, and debug design RTL
Work with Physical Design teams to ensure design meets physical requirements and timing closure
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Experience with digital design basics, including synchronous and asynchronous logic, state machines, and bus protocols
Experience with Verilog or SystemVerilog
Preferred
Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Experience optimizing designs for performance, power or area
Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Perl
