Responsibilities
Collaborate with lead counsel on high-stakes litigation cases
Participate in comprehensive trial preparation, including drafting motions, briefs, and other legal documents
Manage discovery processes, including document review and analysis
Provide legal support across all phases of the litigation lifecycle, ensuring thorough and timely case management
Handle complex business litigation matters, offering strategic insights and solutions
Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy and decision-making
Support additional cases as required, including drafting motions and briefs
Communicate effectively with the legal team to ensure alignment on case objectives
Qualification
Required
Must possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in civil litigation, preferably with federal court exposure
Active license to practice law in California
Strong background with trial preparation, including ideally having chaired a trial
Proficiency in drafting motions, briefs, and other legal documents without reliance on AI tools
Availability to start immediately, with flexibility for part-time hours prior to ramp-up to full-time if needed. Full-time hours are immediately available
