Business Development Manager
Altius Talent is partnering with a US-based non-asset freight brokerage to hire a Business Development Manager focused exclusively on domestic Full Truckload (FTL) sales. This role involves opening doors and winning freight by prospecting and managing new shipper accounts, and owning the full sales cycle from initial contact to freight movement.
Responsibilities
Prospect and win new shipper accounts
Build and manage an active FTL pipeline
Sell spot and contract FTL solutions
Work closely with carrier sales and operations to move freight
Own the full sales cycle from first call to freight moving
Qualification
Required
Proven experience selling domestic FTL freight
Track record of net new shipper wins
Strong understanding of spot vs contract FTL
Comfortable selling into a competitive brokerage market
Self-motivated, commercially driven, and results-focused
