Responsibilities
Analyze client operations data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement
Support and optimize client onboarding, service delivery, and account management workflows
Develop and maintain operational dashboards, reports, and performance metrics
Partner with client services, finance, technology, and compliance teams to resolve operational issues
Monitor service-level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Assist with creating and maintaining standard operating procedures and process documentation
Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational audits
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with internal policies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, Analytics, or a related field
3–5 years of experience in operations analysis, business analysis, or client operations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, reporting tools, and data visualization platforms
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote environment
Preferred
Experience supporting client-facing or service-oriented teams
Familiarity with CRM systems, ERP platforms, or workflow automation tools
Working knowledge of SQL, BI tools, or process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma
