Business Development Manager - Time Critical Freight
Altius Talent is partnering with a specialist time-critical transportation provider to hire a Time Critical Sales Representative focused on high-value, urgent domestic freight movements. The role involves winning new customers with urgent transportation needs and managing the full sales cycle for time-critical freight solutions.
Responsibilities
Win new customers with urgent and time-critical transportation needs
Sell domestic air charter, heavy airfreight, onboard courier, and expedited trucking
Build relationships with shippers where failure is not an option
Work closely with 24/7 operations teams to execute complex moves
Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to shipment handover
Qualification
Required
Experience in time-critical, expedite, or emergency freight sales
Strong understanding of AOG, air charter, and urgent domestic freight
Confident selling premium solutions under pressure
Commercially sharp and calm in high-stress environments
Available for after-hours client escalation when required
