Responsibilities

Serve as the on-site technical interface between healthcare stakeholders and offshore AI teams
Lead delivery of AI/ML solutions
Convert business requirements into scalable technical solutions
Ensure architecture, data flow, security, and compliance alignment with enterprise standards
Coordinate sprint execution, reviews, demos, and production rollouts

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI /Masters in Technology or Related field
8+ years of experience after Graduation
Strong hands-on experience delivering AI/ML solutions (LLMs, RAG, CV, agents)
Proficiency in Python, APIs, and cloud platforms (Azure)
Ability to manage onsite–offshore coordination across time zones
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred

Experience working with enterprise healthcare clients would be a plus
Exposure to HIPAA-compliant architectures and data privacy practices
Experience with vector databases, embeddings, FastAPI, and MLOps
Background in solution architecture or AI consulting
