Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Research, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience)
5+ years of experience in technical program management, capacity planning, supply chain planning, or large-scale infrastructure planning
Experience in supply chain operations, including demand–supply matching, inventory optimization, procurement planning, and logistics coordination
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex technical and business topics to senior leaders and customers
Demonstrated program management expertise, including planning, execution, risk management, and delivery in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
Preferred
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including forecasting, demand planning, statistical modeling, and data analysis
Experience with SQL, Python, R, or similar tools for analysis and modeling; familiarity with data visualization platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
Solid understanding of data center infrastructure, including servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling systems
Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, product, finance, supply chain, and operations teams in fast-paced technology settings
Strong business acumen and ability to balance technical, financial, and strategic considerations
