Support Engineer

Responsibilities
Provide consistently high-quality technical service to customers, earning trust through accuracy, responsiveness, and results
Deliver actionable product suggestions to the engineering team, shaping future hardware and software
Strengthen the team through clear documentation, peer training, and engineering expertise
Troubleshoot and resolve tickets spanning every layer of the network stack
Manage and support complex customer networks, primarily remotely
Identify and document product bugs with clear reproduction steps
Create well-structured feature requests based on real customer needs
Build and maintain documentation that reduces time-to-resolution
Qualification
Required
Broad networking expertise, including wireless, security, WAN/LAN, routing, DNS, and more
Commitment to improving network experience and delivering reliable solutions
Analytical mindset, comfortable with ambiguity and solving unique problems
Ability to remain calm under pressure
Clear communication skills with effective collaboration abilities
