Responsibilities

Manage complex schedules, coordinate and execute detail-sensitive meetings, plan intricate travel itineraries, liaise with internal business units and external parties, and offer support for key projects
Work closely with the EA team’s leadership and EA managers, learning principal preferences and team dynamics before taking on coverage assignments as they arise

Required

At least seven years of relevant experience is required
Proven ability to learn and utilize productivity software, including Slack, Confluence, SharePoint, and adopting Generative AI into workflows
Keen attention to detail, exceptional organizational and communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
The ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion is a must
Executive assistants at our firm are accustomed to taking ownership of their work product and excel at working independently and as part of a team

Preferred

A bachelor's degree is preferred
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (particularly Outlook) is preferred
