Responsibilities
Defining and leading the brand’s creative vision and visual identity
Overseeing campaigns across digital, social, e-commerce, retail, and packaging
Leading and inspiring internal creative teams and external agencies
Partnering closely with Marketing, Product, and Leadership teams
Driving culturally relevant, trend-led storytelling within the beauty space
Ensuring all creative output feels elevated, distinctive, and commercially impactful
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Creative Director (or Senior Creative Lead ready to step up) within beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or luxury
A strong portfolio demonstrating brand building, campaigns, and storytelling
Deep understanding of beauty culture, trends, and consumer behaviour
Strategic yet hands-on — equally comfortable setting vision and executing
Confident leader with a collaborative, modern approach
