UI/UX Design Engineer
Cynet Systems is seeking a UI/UX Design Engineer responsible for creating user-centered designs and ensuring seamless integration with cross-functional teams. The role involves supporting the full design lifecycle and improving user engagement through analytics and performance insights.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with business analysts and content stakeholders to translate requirements into user-centered designs
Participate in team forums and provide regular updates on work progress
Own end-to-end design alignment and ensure seamless integration across functions
Provide leadership and support in content or requirement clarification
Create intuitive, responsive UI/UX designs aligned with project goals
Work closely with technical leaders to ensure feasibility of design solutions
Mentor junior team members when needed
Implement and maintain analytics tracking tools
Analyze metrics to inform UX improvements
Generate reports and insights to improve user engagement, retention, and performance
Conduct A/B testing to validate design decisions
Qualification
Required
Experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio
Experience with CMS platforms, version control, data visualization, and dashboarding
Strong collaboration and communication skills
Proficiency with design tools such as Canva, Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD
Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React or Vue
Knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Data Studio
Understanding of SEO principles and accessibility standards
Experience with Agile methodologies and version control systems
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills
Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field
Experience in UI/UX design
Experience working with cross-functional teams
Experience with front-end frameworks
Experience with analytics implementation and reporting
Preferred
Knowledge of accessibility guidelines and inclusive design practices
