Responsibilities

Manage complex schedules, coordinate detail-sensitive meetings, organize travel logistics, and serve as a liaison with internal groups and external partners
Support key projects and operational needs while building expertise in the firm’s workflows, tools, and expectations
Work closely with EA team leadership and managers, learning principal preferences and team dynamics before taking on independent coverage assignments

Required

At least seven years of relevant experience is required
Proven ability to learn and utilize productivity software, including Slack, Confluence, SharePoint, and adopting Generative AI into workflows
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (particularly Outlook) is preferred
Keen attention to detail
Exceptional organizational and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
Ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion
Executive assistants at our firm are accustomed to taking ownership of their work product and excel at working independently and as part of a team

Preferred

A bachelor's degree is preferred
Experience in client services or other customer-focused roles is a meaningful plus
