Responsibilities
LinkedIn Strategy: Manage the firm's LinkedIn presence using automation tools to connect with prospects and book discovery calls for the Strategic Loan Advisors
Email Campaigns: Execute and monitor cold email sequences, managing "replies" and booking appointments into the sales calendar
Top-of-Funnel Nurture: Re-engage "lost" or "cold" leads in the CRM through monthly newsletters or value-based follow-ups to maintain a warm pipeline
White-Glove Onboarding: Serve as the primary point of contact once a Strategic Loan Advisor hand-off occurs. You guide the borrower through the complex document collection process with empathy and professionalism
Friction Removal: Proactively assist borrowers in navigating technical hurdles (e.g., pulling specific tax schedules) to minimize "document fatigue."
Status Transparency: Provide consistent updates to the borrower, ensuring they never feel "lost" while the lender reviews their file
Document Scrubbing & Organization: Beyond the "Big 3," you architect the full document set required by specific lenders. You ensure all files are clearly named, logically structured, and 100% complete before submission
Submission Packaging: Package the borrower's data into the lender's specific application format, ensuring it meets all administrative requirements for immediate approval
Stipulation Management: Act as the primary liaison between the lender’s closing team and the borrower to gather any additional items requested by underwriters
Closing Coordination: Verify final document signing and ensure funding has been successfully wired to the borrower’s account
Qualification
Required
Ideally 3-4 years of relevant work experience
Financial Document Familiarity: Ability to recognize and categorize complex business documents (Tax Returns, P&Ls, Articles of Incorporation) and ensure they are complete
Tech-Stack Proficiency: Experience with marketing automation (e.g., Apollo, Instantly, Sales Navigator) and CRM management (Pipedrive/Salesforce)
Architectural Precision: A 'Zero-Error' mindset regarding file organization and naming conventions to maintain high institutional credibility with lenders
Flawless Written English: Exceptional written communication for managing high-level Email and LinkedIn outreach
Project Management Skills: Ability to manage 10-15 active loan files at various stages of the lifecycle simultaneously
