Responsibilities
Program management and implementation next gen platform capabilities, from inception to full operational execution
Strong relationship management with a wide range of stakeholders at all level
Assess and define migration organisational processes, customer communications and training
Run workshops to align stakeholders and lead program presentations, in coordination with international platform and delivery technology teams
Qualification
Required
A seasoned Program Manager with experience leading large multi disciplinary programs
You MUST have a strong track record of Program Management skills, with impeccable ability to run/support multiple projects simultaneously, strong program plan mapping, software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile ways of working and system implementation skills
You bring robust skills and knowledge of gold standard project management frameworks; proficiency in Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint, including data analysis and visualisation and immaculate presentation skills
You thrive in an agile team, and can self-manage in a fluid fast-paced environment
Skilled at risk management, forecasting, resource balancing, and executive-level reporting
Someone who enjoys fast results, continuous improvement, and being part of something scaling quickly
Excellent interpersonal skills with senior executives
Keen interest in AI technologies and their applications in business contexts
Preferred
Ideally, you come from a hyper scaler or Consulting background (AWS, Microsoft, or Big 4 environments, KPMG, PwC, Deloitte, EY) and have platform migration experience, though this is not mandatory
Tertiary qualification, or hold relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) is advantageous
