One of this team's main goals is to decrease customer call volume, so they're working to improve the customer process, clarify information, etc
This role is starting from the journey mapping and the customer experience, improving that experience, streamlining everything by working with the design team
Simplifying workflows, supporting decision making, and boosting customer confidence throughout every touchpoint for billing outreach
Partnering with product teams to streamline design thinking and simplify workflows
Acts as a bit of a process improvement engineer within UX (increasing discoverability/findability, identifying and resolving user pain points, improving user engagement/confidence/conversion, and more)
