Responsibilities

Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to understand or identify defined work problems and program goals, obtain prioritized deliverables, and discuss program impact

Identify, communicate, and collaborate with relevant stakeholders within one or more teams to drive impact and work toward mutual goals. Build, maintain and enhance business, operational, and management dashboards

Advocate the project team across the upstream and downstream partner teams across the technical infrastructure, to manage data center security and services

Be responsible for security operations, vulnerability management and incident response aspects of the cyber security of DC operational technology (OT)

Run multiple projects from inception through completion using the product life cycle (PLC) process. Understand the dependency of work streams with other partner teams and review teams priority to align with the project

Required

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience

5 years of experience in program management

5 years of experience in technical and product program management related to system integration in managing projects

5 years of experience with controls and security systems or a related field

Experience with emerging physical security system technologies and trends

Experience with data center operational and lifecycle management

Preferred

5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects

Knowledge of BMS, PMS, data center operations and cyber security basics to lead an effective program quantifying and reducing cyber risks to the data center systems
