Has a strong, active network of senior decision-makers (CEO, President, COO, CFO, VP Operations) within established companies
Enjoys making trusted introductions and bringing the right people together
Understands, or is willing to quickly learn, how technology buying decisions are made in mid-market organizations
Is motivated by performance-based rewards without being involved in daily delivery or execution
Prioritizes credibility, trust, and long-term relationships over one-off or transactional sales
You introduce a company that needs help making a significant technology decision or software Development (e.g., Software Development, cybersecurity partner, CRM/ERP evaluation, vendor consolidation, digital roadmap)
Wide XP runs the sales process and delivery (discovery, evaluation, selection, governance)
If the opportunity closes, you earn a revenue share on what WideXP invoices and collects for the engagement
Payments are made monthly with clear reporting and transparency
No cap on referrals or earnings
