Track response times and contribute to improvements in service quality
Use tools such as Zendesk to track work, report progress, and maintain documentation
Qualification
Required
Comfort using case management tools and maintaining precise records
Experience in customer support or client-facing service roles
Excellent written communication and calm problem-solving approach
Ability to follow processes while adapting to unique situations
Experience coaching peers or coordinating small teams to deliver outcomes on time
