Responsibilities

Define and own a clear commercial narrative ensuring consistency across sales marketing demos video website and executive facing materials
Translate complex operational realities into simple credible audience appropriate messaging that resonates with enterprise buyers, operators, partners and investors
Guide prioritisation of near term deliverables so efforts are focused on what will most effectively drive understanding confidence and momentum
Provide strategic direction across sales enablement materials live demo experiences website structure and content strategy ensuring clarity without oversimplification
Act as a senior strategic sounding board for OS Studios teams pressure testing assumptions and helping avoid generic inaccurate or misaligned messaging
Support the development of repeatable frameworks for enterprise sales conversations and demos that reduce friction and accelerate trust
Lead data insights and KPI framing to support proof stories including ROI, TCO rollout timelines uptime operational reliability adoption signals and risk mitigation
Collaborate closely with client stakeholders across leadership sales operations and marketing to align on priorities success metrics and decision making criteria

Required

Senior-level experience in commercial and go-to-market strategy or consulting within B2B operational industries, such as enterprise mobility, logistics, last-mile infrastructure, infrastructure-enabled services, energy-adjacent services, or similarly complex sectors
Strong understanding of how large operationally complex organizations evaluate risk, pilots partnerships, procurement and rollout decisions
Proven ability to translate operational or technical offerings into clear commercial narratives for senior enterprise audiences
Comfortable using data, even imperfect data, to frame decisions, define KPIs and build credible proof points
Experience working alongside creative production or agency teams without needing to own execution
Exposure to electrification energy or modern mobility is valuable but deep understanding of operational businesses is more important than category specific specialization
Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas without losing accuracy
Ability to work remotely while closely aligning with East Coast working hours
