Responsibilities

Perform daily ServiceNow workflows, requests and subtasks

Ensure accuracy of asset data within ServiceNow. Update asset data discrepancies based on process and workflow criteria

Conduct monthly stockroom audits end user assets and perform asset reconciliation

Recommend operational process improvements, strategies, policies, procedures to remain compliant with company and security policies and standards

Support EUS key stakeholders and partner teams on hardware asset management-related processes and asset data within
