Responsibilities

Lead incident-related initiatives and improvement projects within a banking and financial services environment
Drive structure, planning, and execution across incident response activities
Ensure progress, clear communication, and timely resolution during high-impact situations
Lead follow-up work such as root cause analysis, remediation planning, and delivery of preventive improvements that strengthen operational resilience
Participate in an on-call rotation with compensation
Make calm, structured decisions under pressure

Required

Experience within the banking or financial services industry
Background in incident management, problem management, DevOps, or technical project management
Strong project management skills with the ability to plan, drive, and follow up complex incident-related initiatives
Ability to bring structure and clarity to unstructured and fast-moving environments
Comfortable making decisions under pressure while remaining calm and constructive
Clear and effective communicator who can coordinate stakeholders during critical situations
Strong sense of responsibility and ownership, with a willingness to push progress and close loops

Preferred

Experience leading incident response projects or major incident workstreams
Experience driving post-incident reviews and long-term remediation initiatives
Exposure to on-call operations for business-critical systems
Familiarity with regulated, highly available, or mission-critical technical environments
