Responsibilities
Architect and maintain high‑performance React applications that integrate seamlessly with scalable backend services, ensuring code quality through reviews and team mentorship
Lead automation and efficiency initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline development and operational workflows
Own and enhance internal platforms—including intranet sites, support tools, and monitoring solutions—delivering intuitive, responsive interfaces that proactively reduce client issues
Drive innovation by challenging legacy processes and introducing modern, React‑based solutions through cross‑functional collaboration
Serve as a technical lead on enterprise initiatives, mentoring junior developers and promoting best practices in React, component architecture, and front‑end engineering
Qualification
Required
5+ years of professional experience with React and TypeScript
5+ years of hands‑on experience with C# / .NET Core
Strong DevOps knowledge, including tools such as Bitbucket, Veracode, Bamboo, and GitHub
Advanced SQL expertise—writing, optimizing, and troubleshooting complex queries, and improving database performance
Experience designing and maintaining RESTful API services
Strong understanding of authorization frameworks such as OAuth 2.0 and JWT
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience
Proven ability to mentor developers through code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge‑sharing sessions
Strong leadership qualities and a track record of supporting team growth and onboarding new engineers
