Responsibilities
Product Optimization: Design, run, and analyze complex A/B tests to optimize our consumer-facing product experience
Proactive Analysis: Identify hidden problems and growth opportunities through deep-dive data exploration
Visualization: Build and maintain high-impact dashboards to track key metrics and provide real-time insights
Modeling: Develop predictive models to understand user behavior and forecast business outcomes
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product and Engineering teams to turn data-driven hypotheses into live solutions
Strategy: Help establish data best practices and methodologies for a growing team
Qualification
Required
2-3+ years of data science experience within a high-growth startup, scale-up, or FAANG/equivalent environment
Proficiency with Python/R and SQL/BigQuery
Strong experience in designing and analyzing A/B tests specifically for consumer-grade products
A proven track record of managing entire projects independently from ideation through to implementation
Exceptional ability to translate complex statistical findings into actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders
Preferred
Experience with cryptocurrency, blockchain data, or fintech products
Proficiency with Grafana (visualization), FullStory (event tracking), and Dataform (data pipelines)
Strong knowledge of causal inference, statistical methods, and Machine Learning applications
