Responsibilities

You will support an investigation into pre-fiber cortical shaft saline rinses that occurs in both ViviGen and Musculoskeletal value streams
You will perform process observation in MS and VG
You will process map current-state and future conditions
You will lead experimental design study protocol and report
Author a risk-based memorandum and presentation summarizing findings and conclusions

Required

You must be actively pursuing a bachelor's degree
BA Degree in Engineering (any field)
You must be a rising junior, senior, or a recent graduate in 2026
You must be available to commit to the 10-week program (June 1 – August 7), full-time, 40 hours/week

Preferred

Technical writing is preferred
