Responsibilities
Build GenAI applications from concept to production, ensuring scalable, high‑quality delivery
Work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure solutions meet strategic and technical requirements
Contribute to strong engineering practices, including testing, documentation, and iterative development
Address complex engineering challenges involving distributed systems, cloud‑native architectures, and large datasets
Support ongoing improvements in AI development workflows and monitoring processes
Qualification
Required
5+ years of software development experience, including 3+ years of hands‑on engineering work in startup and/or enterprise environments
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
3+ years building complex, production‑ready applications from the ground up
1+ year of experience building applications powered by AI/ML models
2+ years working with large datasets and data‑intensive systems
2+ years working with containers and cloud‑native applications, including deployments using infrastructure‑as‑code
Preferred
Strong computer science fundamentals, with experience across multiple layers of the technology stack
Experience with open‑source or proprietary LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Claude, Gemini) and building LLM‑powered applications
Demonstrated commitment to code quality, including test coverage and maintenance
Experience evaluating and monitoring LLM model outputs
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Interest in mentoring peers and growing through code reviews and feedback from senior engineers
Ability to solve complex problems using structured thinking, even with incomplete data
Broad domain exposure from previous product or platform contributions
Curiosity about emerging technologies and a desire to share knowledge with teammates
Experience with Python and/or front‑end development is a plus
Advanced degrees in Computer Science or related fields are beneficial
