Tech Support - IT Technician II

Qualification
Required
At least 3 years' experience within the last 4 years in related I.T. position
At least 3 years' experience within the last 4 years with setup, installation, upgrades, security, and administration of PC's and related network equipment
Ability to effectively respond to questions from customers and provide timely resolutions to issues while effectively communicating status to management and customers
Proficiency with Microsoft business products and operating systems
Working knowledge with HP printers and other peripherals; and proficient with related setup and administration
Ability of handling multiple projects simultaneously
Must be 21 years old with a valid driver license with no violations in the past 3 years
Participates in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals
Carries out any reasonable request by management of which the employee is capable of performing
