Responsibilities

Coordinate within OPRI TAP Lab, conduct trade studies, and provide recommendations for software development toolset investments, cancellations, transitions and upgrades (e.g. DevSecOps application platforms) to support OPIR TAP Lab RDT&E requirements

Shall maintain awareness of technology trends, network, data storage, and other technology advancement advancements as well as updates in industry standards to provide recommendations to the Government for tech refresh and recapitalization, in alignment with the Government's strategic objectives

Required

Must possess a current Secret Clearance

Bachelor of Science with 10+ years of relevant experience

CI/CD pipeline development and optimization (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, Azure DevOps)

Infrastructure as Code and automated environment provisioning

Containerization and orchestration in iterative delivery models (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)

Implement automated security checks, vulnerability management, and data protection systems within CI/CD pipelines
