Responsibilities
Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests/responses, subpoenas, and additional litigation documents
Engage with in-house clients, experts, third-party administrators, opposing counsel, and witnesses
Review, investigate, and assess factual and legal aspects of claims
Take and/or defend depositions
Assist in trial and arbitration preparation, including preparing motions in limine, jury instructions, trial briefs, exhibits, and witnesses for testimony
Qualification
Required
3-5 Years Of Litigation Experience
Excellent writing, research and analytical skills
Strong work ethic, self-starter, and team-oriented
Admission to the State Bar of California
