Responsibilities
Developer and Maintain Fast Formulas for Payroll:
Create and Optimize Oracle Fast Formulas for payroll calculations and validations
Design and Implement HCM Extracts:
Build and configure HCM Extracts for reporting and integrations related to payroll
Payroll Module Expertise:
Understand payroll module structures, records, and configuration for accurate reporting and integration
Query Optimization:
Fine-tune SQL Queries for reporting and extract performance improvements
Qualification
Required
Strong experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll modules
Hands-on expertise in Fast Formulas development and maintenance
Proficiency in HCM Extracts and BI Publisher (BIP) reporting
Solid understanding of payroll data structures and compliance requirements
Ability to troubleshoot integration issues and optimize reporting queries
Good knowledge of SQL for query tuning and data analysis
