Responsibilities
Support and maintain core infrastructure and application systems across the production environment
Manage and optimize Windows Server and VMware platforms to ensure high availability and performance
Work with Azure services to support hybrid cloud infrastructure components
Automate routine tasks using PowerShell or similar scripting technologies
Participate in operations and project workstreams, ensuring stability and smooth delivery
Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot, document, and resolve system issues
Contribute to the development of improved operational processes and best practices
Qualification
Required
Strong technical experience with Windows Server, Azure, and VMware
Demonstrated ability to automate using PowerShell (or equivalent)
Solid understanding of enterprise operations, monitoring, and troubleshooting
Background supporting complex, multi-system environments
Excellent collaboration and communication skills across technical and non-technical teams
Preferred
Experience within financial services or other regulated, professional environments
