Responsibilities

Provide support on multiple Department of Defense (DoD) networks and enclaves
Manage services using on-premise hardware and perform regular hardware and software updates
Perform installation, repair, and preventative maintenance of laptops, desktops, and Zero Clients
Provide technical support and troubleshooting to Tier 1 & 2 support
Deliver technical support to the Enterprise components as required
Implement system management tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTP)
Provide systems administrative support in areas such as Active Directory, System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), Exchange, Information Security, File Shares, PKI, and Virus protection

Required

Top Secret/SCI clearance level must currently possess
Top Secret/SCI clearance level must be able to obtain
3 + years of related experience
US Citizenship Required
High School Diploma/GED with 3 years of related experience, or Associate degree with 4 years of experience, or Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience
2+ years in at least three of the following areas: VDI, Active Directory, SCCM, Exchange, Information Security, Desktop applications
2+ years configuration, troubleshooting, and maintaining Windows 11 Desktops
Ability to support a 24x7x365 work schedule, shift work, and travel as required in support of customer initiatives when required
Knowledge of Networking fundamentals
Exposure to DoD Configuration Management, Information Assurance, and Systems Lifecycle Management processes
Creating and updating lifecycle documentation as required
TS/SCI required
Security+ CE Certification required; DoD compliance 8570.01M applies
Ability to lift objects (i.e., IT Hardware), reach/bend/kneel (i.e., plugging in cables), and other moderately strenuous activity
